The world of the media has diversified enormously since I began my career as a journalist in 1969. Today's technology satisfies a thirst for information and entertainment which is immense and universal.
Living and working in Anglesey would once have been a remote existence, but now a local event or story can be seen at the other side of the world within seconds of it happening. We have clients and friends in many countries
As the reach of technology has grown we now see the emergence of a new interest in community and "localism". At Graham Smith Media we aim to satisfy both and at the same time publicise our unique part of the world far and wide.
Whether it's a magazine feature, a web based article or something requiring research and compilation for any source Graham Smith Media can do it. Our founder, Graham Smith, has a wealth of experience spanning over 35 years. He began his career in newspapers and has since written for every media source and scripted, and narrated, his own stage show based on the life and music of sixties singer Kathy Kirby.
He has interviewed many prominent personalities over the years including Lady Thatcher, Harold Wilson, John Wayne, Telly Savalas, Roy Barraclough, Ken Dodd, Vince Hill and a host of show business names.
His easily adaptable style means he is equally at home writing a personality piece or a technical feature for specialist sites and publications, and particularly creative web sites.
In recent years he has assisted many authors to publish their books and is the media agent for renowned author, Robin Gardiner, whose third book on the Titanic Conspiracy was published in 2010.
Graham is available for all types of commission.
